Barrington Skirt

The Barrington is a high-low skirt with soft ruffles and a wide fabric foldover waistband. Wear the low to one side for a casual asymmetric design with a summer tank top. Twist it around with the short side in front and pair it with a sweater for an elegant look with the longer fishtail back. The shorter side is 22", the longer side is ~31".
