Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

Shipping estimates do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Additional hygiene restrictions may apply to intimate apparel.

Items with listed prices ending in .99 are markdowns and are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for markdown items.

Are markdown items returnable?

Full-price items are eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, if applicable. We'll work to make it right.

How do I find the right size?

Sizing can vary between brands, so we recommend checking the size information on each product page. Still unsure? We're happy to help you find the right fit!

What materials are your clothes made from?

We love natural, breathable fabrics! Our collection features materials such as organic cotton, bamboo-derived fabrics, and other thoughtfully selected fibers. Specific fabric details can be found on each product page.

How should I care for my clothing?

Always follow the care instructions on your garment. Washing in cool water and air-drying when appropriate can help extend the life of your favorite pieces.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some favorites will return, while others may be leaving our collection. If a product is sold out, look for the Notify Me option to receive updates if it becomes available again.
